The Bee adventure begins in a fun, and safe learning environment designed to establish a foundation for  academic and fitness achievement. For many student’s this will be their first experience taking direction and verbal cues from someone other than a family member or caregiver. Because experiences during this transitional time are crucial to the social development and well being of your child,  our priority is to playfully teach students about their new environment and new boundaries. Honey Bees will  experience the fundamentals of gymnastics and movement while developing key learning skills, such as listening, taking turns, following circuits, and participating in fun group activities.

Age: 4 Year Old That Has Mastered Honey Bees,
Co-Ed, Duration: 50 min

The Bee exploration continues as your child expands on the skills introduced in the “Honey Bee Adventure”. Students at this level participate in structured activities enhancing physical fitness and academic readiness. In conjunction with circuits, a variety of other sport skills  will be used to develop  spatial awareness, balance, coordination, and motor skills. Busy Bees will be challenged as they learn basic skills on 5 Olympic gymnastics events.

Co-Ed, Duration: 55 min

The last episode of the Bee program is that of the Super Bee. In this program, students will continue with their gymnastics progress while incorporating strength, flexibility, and dance elements. As we introduce these new areas, our focus remains: fun, build confidence and  learn proper skill progressions.
