Texas Academy of Gymnastics ("TAG," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (texasacademyofgymnastics.com), our online forms, and forms we run through advertising platforms such as Google.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you contact us, request information, or enroll a child in our programs, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, your child's name, age, school, and any health or emergency-contact details you choose to share during enrollment.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies that collect standard technical information — browser type, device, pages visited, and how you found us. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tools that help us understand how visitors use our site and whether our advertising works.
Lead forms on Google. If you submit an interest form shown with one of our Google ads, Google collects the information you enter (such as name, phone, and email) and shares it with us. Google's own privacy policy also applies to that submission.
Children's Privacy
Our programs serve children, but our website and forms are directed at parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. All enrollment information about children is provided to us by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us directly, contact us at taggym2019@gmail.com and we will delete it.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and requests for information; enroll and manage children in our programs, including school pickup, attendance, and emergency contact purposes; communicate with you about schedules, closures, billing, and program updates; improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising; and comply with legal, safety, and insurance requirements.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, iClassPro (our class management and registration system), our website platform, payment processors, and Google (analytics and advertising measurement); and where required by law, or to protect the safety of children in our care.
Service providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
Cookies and Advertising
We use Google Ads conversion tracking and may use remarketing, which means Google may show our ads to people who previously visited our site. You can control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com or opt out of many advertising cookies at aboutads.info/choices. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Data Retention and Security
We keep enrollment records as long as needed for program operation and as required by law or our insurance. Inquiry information that doesn't lead to enrollment is kept only as long as useful for responding to you. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you or your child, request a correction, or request deletion (subject to records we're legally required to keep); and opt out of marketing emails or texts — just reply "stop" or tell us.

If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
